Food Waste on this week’s Eating Real with Change Food

by ~

This week we kick off our food waste educational and awareness-raising campaign by re-visiting Change Food founder Diane Hatz’s TEDActive talk on the subject (a subset of the TED conference and TEDTalks).  It’s a great background to what food waste is and offers simple things you can do to minimize or prevent waste.

Stay tuned as we bring you more information about food waste – what it is, who’s working on the issue, and what you can do.  More to come!
