Ana-Christina is an environmental advocate and writer, with 6+ years working for environmental non-profits. Over the years, she has worked with issues such as climate change, waste and water management, plastic pollution and sustainable agriculture. Ana-Christina has an Anthropology degree and a Masters in International Development.
Today, she harnesses the power of social media and writing in order to educate and advocate for a transition to a green economy. In her blog The Cookie Project, she writes about sustainability, eco-travel, and about issues related to the food chain. Her mission is to shed light on the impacts of our food choices in order to encourage eating with awareness. Whether one is vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, a meat-lover, or anything in between, she believes we can be responsible consumers no matter our dietary choices.
