Jeanette Bronée founded Path for Life in 2004 to bring awareness to our own power for healing and thriving by learning how our choices affect our health. After both her parents died of cancer just one year apart, she was told it was no longer a matter of if, but when, she would get cancer too. So she pulled the plug on her career as a fashion executive to not only change the verdict she had been given, but also help others take charge of their daily performance while living more nourished, empowered lives and mastering stress.
The first thing we leave behind on a busy day is ourselves and our basic needs for sustenance, yet that is when we need it the most.
In response to the lack of true food-knowledge and mindfulness in our effort to get healthy, she developed the Path for Life Method that helps people change their relationship with food and team up with their bodies to learn how to thrive instead of just merely survive every day. Real change happens by exploring WHY we eat rather than focusing only on WHAT to eat.
Her book “EAT TO FEEL FULL, and nourish yourself for good” has gained nationwide attention on the morning TV news as the way to stop the dieting mentality and start eating in a way that serves us and our health, better.
Jeanette’s focus is on changing how we think about self-care in our busy everyday lives and teaching people to use mindfulness to access an inner warrior mentality to feed the body and nourish the mind, becoming more focused, more alert and better able to take on daily challenges. In her presentations and coaching, she shows people how to access their “felt sense”—unleashing an empowering inner wisdom that shifts them from sustenance to nourishment and struggling to thriving.
