If a consumer wants to do something, if they’re really motivated and like, “I want to make a change, I want to change the food system” – it’s simple! Just stop eating so much processed food. You don’t have to cut it all out; try one thing at a time and look for fruits and vegetables. When I say eat unprocessed food, I’m saying eat more fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy – you don’t have to go on a raw vegan diet. But, you do need to look at foods that aren’t manipulated and stripped of all their vitamins and all the good things.
