I think the message that is so important to drive home for consumers is that every decision you make about what to eat has an impact, even if it’s small. And not just an impact on you and your health, but really, an impact on the global food system. And so, it does mean that everyone has a role to play, and everyone has an influence, and when you add up all of those tiny little decisions about what was for breakfast and what was for lunch and what was for dinner, you really change the world.
