One of the things that I think we can do to help change the food system is to think more about our sources of protein, like where is our protein coming from. Because protein, and animals in particular, are one of the most resource intensive parts of the food system. And what we’re doing at Bitty Foods is introducing a new form of protein that comes from edible insects, which will help to reduce the strain on the livestock system.
