I’m the founder of the Chef Ann Foundation, and what we do is help school districts all across the country segue from highly processed to scratch cooked food. So we’re really trying to get kids and their parents to understand how important fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, healthy proteins are; how important it is that they are locally sourced and organic when possible. And as I do that, in schools all across the country, where millions of kids are eating better food because of our work, we will change the food system.
