What we’re doing at Bitty Foods is trying to introduce a new, extremely sustainable source of protein into the food system, and to create food products that introduce edible insects as a sustainable form of protein that’s really delicious, that takes away the fear factor around unfamiliar foods and introduces them as something comforting, familiar, delicious, beautifully packaged, and brings a great deal of comfort around this new food source.
