I just wrote the book, “What the Fork are you Eating,” and so hopefully with that book I’m going to have the great opportunity to educate so many people whether they’re nutrition neophytes or nutrition mavens to understand how their choices impact not only their health but also the health of the environment. So really my interface is with the consumers and I do it in the grocery stores. I do it in the kitchen, and this book is a guide. So I’m doing that and I’m doing my radio show, “Stirring the Pot,” on WPPB 88.3, a local NPR affiliate, and talking to all the amazing people weekly about all the amazing things that they are doing to make a difference.
