I would consider the biggest problem with the food space right now being consumer confusion. I think there are a lot of people doing a lot of amazing work. I think it’s fantastic that over the last 20+ years, people have raised awareness about the fact that there are problems with the food system, but I think we’re at the point where your average consumer just doesn’t know what to do. So I think it’s something that the food movement really needs to look at seriously and look at how we can reach the general public and not confuse them so much.
