My vision for the food system is where we have long term solutions in place and we do things right all the way from the farm, from before the farm, and supplying the farm, and that we have safeguards in place all the way down the line. Right now we do a lot of things at the end of the line with Band-Aid solutions, whether we’re dunking chickens in chlorine, or cleaning things up at the end. And frankly, we don’t do enough at the beginning to make sure that all those things are in place. It’s why it is so important to have these certification programs that really do implement better, sustainable production practices. Because we can show through those systems that it is viable, it is economically feasible to achieve those – that plays a big role in influencing how we deal with the conventional production side as well and what we expect of it. So in dealing with sort of the beginnings of the system, getting certifications in place that show that better things are possible, I think is really going to be the root of solving a lot of our food production issues.
